THE THREE LAST CONCEPTUALIZATIONS OF EMPTINESS

       THREE LAST CONCEPTUALIZATIONS OF EMPTINESS

STILLNESS WITHIN THE BECOMING OF CONSCIOUSNESS THAT IS NOT EMPTY

The first thing that must be clearly understood is that when one refers to "sitting meditation" this does not mean (nor does it exclude) physical sitting meditations.

The idea is that it is the mind which must be sitting with a certain stillness within the "becoming of consciousness". This is never an EMPTY MIND.

This may be developed as a continual contemplation even when working on simple tasks or when sitting or walking.

Previous organization of the contemplation allows the arising of the last cognitive word-concepts relative to the Masters' methods to be established as REFLECTION. This is followed by the Last Conceptualization as EXPERIENCE.

When we speak of the six contemplations we are referring to the generation of the last conceptualizations for each contemplation, from which the direct experiences of Undifferentiated Essence and Emptiness of Substance are launched. By resting and remaining within either of these the breakthrough to Awakening may be accomplished.
