1. THE  PATH OF GAUTAMA BUDDHA

The Path of Gotama Buddha started with his realization that the world within which he lived was an absolute disaster and after his long initial path to his Awakening, knowing that an alternative was possible, he set as a valid path for others:

1.  RESTRAINT from IMPEDIMENTS

2.  A Noble Path of MEDITATION

3.  Constant Practice of the four SUBLIME STATES

He saw that False Gladness, Compassion, Love and Intellectual Indifference were illusion which stain Samsara, but that the Gladness, Compassion, Benevolent Affect and Equanimity, which are a natural part of unstained Samsara, are also illusion.

欢乐, huānlè, Gladness

This is the experience of being Glad when others are correctly Glad.
